The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) alleged that the investigation was done one month after sending a criminal reference to the Justice Department (DOJ), alleging that in multiple cases, the bank documents and property records were made to obtain more favorable loan terms.

California’s Berbank also has the condominum of Skif, on which he has recently claimed his primary accommodation till 223 during the Senate campaign.
Chiff’s office did not immediately respond to the request of Fox News Digital to comment on the subject.
