Trump hit India at an additional 25% rate to buy Russian oil
BBCUS President Donald Trump hit India on Wednesday at a rate of 25% on Russian oil purchase.
This will increase the total rates on Indian imports to the United States.
The new rate will be effective in the context of the items entered for use, or will be withdrawn from the warehouse on or after 21 days after 21 days of the date of this order, or after the time of the day or after 12:01 or later the warehouse.
The President of the United States had earlier warned that he would raise the fee, saying, “Do not care how many people in Ukraine are being killed by the Russian war machine”.
